My third grader announced that she was too old for character cards and requested that we make them instead. I love sitting down with my kids to do valentines…the conversation is fabulous. After giving me the lowdown on who likes who, she looked at me and said, “Mom, third grade is a jungle.”

After searching for months for just the right music, I finally found it! ”We Are One” by Renee & Jeremy. I play this sweet song and waltz around the room with my littlest one. You can hear all the songs from their collection at the Renee & Jeremy website.

I spent the day yesterday learning from a fabulous Photoshop instructor, Bridgette. She not only is a wizard at Photoshop, Bridgette is a great photographer and a model too (way to be greedy with the talent, Bridgette). Anyway, I learned a lot about how to make my subjects look BOTH fabulous AND natural. She is having her next class on February 21 in Chandler.
