Shortly after having kids this became a saying in our house. Usually it is reserved for the period of time between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but this year the tradition starts early. We’ve had anaphylactic reactions, bleeding ear infections, and a flu that had all the kids sleeping through Christmas. We still managed to have a fun Halloween, and the youngest even got an extra Halloween costume out of the trip to help with his breathing problems.
