Day 16-19 (I’m making up for a few days…hey, I have kids)

Here are a few more images from the Chateau De Vie.  This mansion is full of hand-carved stone and wood.  The windows are filled with beautiful stained glass and the walls with hand-painted murals.  To see more images of the Chateau and to learn how you can help save it, go to: http://www.facebook.com/ChateauDeVie

The Chateau de Vie is a beautiful property located in Chandler.  The Tudor-style house was built in 1984 and has a colorful history.   The Chateau would make a fabulous venue for weddings and other photoshoots and I really hope that it doesn’t have to be torn down.  Saturday I toured the property, took a few pictures, and helped Nick and Shelly gather signatures from residents living close to the property.  Currently the Chateau is at risk of being torn down if a very small group of nearby residents get their way.  Please help Save The Chateau by helping city council see your support and asking them to Approve Chateau de Vie.  Attend the city council meeting on February 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. and show your support! 88 E. Chicago St. Chandler, AZ 85225.  To see more images go to their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/ChateauDeVie.

Day 14:  Orange was a big color last year.  I photographed a few families wearing orange and I love it!
