]]> http://www.gwendolyngracephotography.com/2012/01/is-it-too-late-for-new-years-resolutions/feed/ 0 Happy Birthday! http://www.gwendolyngracephotography.com/2010/12/happy-birthday/ http://www.gwendolyngracephotography.com/2010/12/happy-birthday/#comments Fri, 10 Dec 2010 02:49:20 +0000 http://www.gwendolyngracephotography.com/?p=569 Earlier this month we celebrated my dad’s birthday.  It’s always fun (and crazy) to get everyone together… you never know what is going to happen.  Grandpa asked the kids to help blow out the candles and I was there to document it!  The kids played upstairs, downstairs and outside.  Towards the end of the evening I heard water running from the laundry room sink and went to investigate.  My son’s answer to my question, “What are you doing?”  was a bit jumbled but included the words “handcuffs” and “super glue”.  Lots of things ran through my head at that point but fortunately it wasn’t as bad as it sounded.    He was trying to glue a plastic key from his toy handcuffs back together and got some on his hands.  I have to say… I’m a little nervous for the teenage years.

Last weekend I went up to Strawberry with a group of women and teenage girls. The girls had a blast sledding on Saturday. I found a great spot to photograph the girls when their sleds went air born with smiles on their faces, snow flying, and hair waving in the wind.
